A Seminar on Evolution of Satellite Industry in MENA Region.

For the last two decades, the satellite industry in the MENA region has grown substantially.

This has been due to a number of factors, including countries having both desire and political will to embrace advanced technology. Nowadays, a large number of satellite related projects are ongoing in the region and with many more about to come on stream.

Many jobs requiring specific skillsets will be created and it is essential that satellite training is available to build-up the workforce in order to support these projects.

 It was our pleasure to have you visit Etisalat Academy and get to meeteach other. I always find it energizing to spend time with other practitioners and hope you gained the same value. I was pleased to have you hearthe latest research from EonHewitt’s David Jones.

There were many elements of the research, which I thought were thought provoking and stimulated discussion on practice impacts, particularly organizational structure versus flexibility; titles; role of recognition in motivating diverse employees; the challenges of career development; and providing meaningful learning and development.

The Academy hopes to follow this up with the chance to hear from some organizations, which are the effective models of the organizational agility. David spoke of as being required to meet the dual requirements for GCCNationals and Expats.
