Abu Dhabi, 7th November, 2010 The Etisalat Academy today announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Huawei, a specialist in providing next-generation telecommunications solutions, to introduce Huawei-certified training services and events.
Within the MOU, Etisalat Academy and Huawei will build an enduring partnership to develop value-added training services and events, certifying and recognizing the Academy and staff as providers of Huawei training products.
David Brennan, General Manager, Etisalat Academy, stated: “The signing of this MoU marks the beginning of a new era in the relationship between the Etisalat Academy and Huawei, the world’s 2nd biggest telecoms equipment provider.”

“The MoU will lead to an agreement that will enhance mutual cooperation with regards to a wide range of certified technical training activities, not only here in the UAE, but across the footprint of Etisalat Group.
